It was a hot summer noon in the '80s and a pouring rain just drenched the entire town of Pozorrubio when I noticed a rainbow over the massive and imposing NAWASA tower and the old Pozorrubio town Hall.  I immediately aim my Canon camera and shoot this picture.  It was a chance I took knowing very well that the rainbow might not register at all.  It turned out well.  Just like the rainbow that day, dreams are fleeting moments that can be realized by doing something about it.  We have to act in order to reach for those dreams.  When I look at this picture now, I realized how lucky I am to be able to take that shot at the precise angle, at the right time just moments away from that rainbow disappearing in sight FOREVER!  Could you imagine if I didn't act the way I should?
